ATL's new building, which broke ground at a ceremony this February, has now entered the final stage of interior work. Protective film and tools are still scattered around the site, but each space is steadily taking shape. Here is an early look at the site as it approaches completion.
Daylight pours in through large windows, and the ceiling and floor finishes are nearly complete. The wall in the photo still shows putty marks and exposed wiring, but once the finishing materials go on, everyone at ATL is looking forward to seeing what this spot will become.
Elsewhere, door installation and wall finishing continue among the scaffolding and work benches. The protective covering on the floor and the tape on the walls are signs that the work is in its final stretch.
Building services are also nearing completion. Controllers for heating and cooling each zone are now mounted side by side on the wall, and some are already powered on.
As announced at the groundbreaking ceremony, the new building will be the foundation for expanding the R&D center, advancing ATL's in-house simulator technology, and enlarging the space where we welcome customers. We will finish the remaining work with care so that the building serves both the customers who visit us with test requests and the people who work here.
We will share the finished building with you as soon as the work is complete. We hope you are looking forward to ATL's new space as much as we are.
