Overview

Service Overview

ATL performs reliability testing to verify that defense-industry components and systems operate reliably under extreme operational environments such as high/low temperature, humidity, vibration, and shock.

Using environmental tests based on MIL-STD-810 (F/G), the U.S. Department of Defense's military standard, we reproduce severe operating conditions such as desert, polar, and marine environments to evaluate equipment performance and durability.

We also provide reliability testing for railway vehicle and signaling components, alongside defense parts such as winches, automatic fire-suppression systems, hydraulic units, missile launch systems, control panel units, and power/signal processing units.

Capabilities

Key Test Items

Core testing and evaluation items specific to this field.

MIL-STD-810 environmental testing (high/low temperature, humidity, vibration, shock, waterproofing)

Equipment

Equipment

Precision-calibrated test facilities that produce accurate, reliable data.

Combined Vibration Test System (6.5 ton)

Max. exciting force 63.6kN, 2–2,700Hz

A large electrodynamic vibration system (combined with temperature/humidity) that reproduces MIL-STD-810 vibration profiles.

Combined Vibration Test System (4 ton)

ETS Solution, max. 40kN, 5–2,700Hz

Performs sine and random vibration combined with temperature/humidity environmental testing.

Rapid Temperature Change Chamber (PTC)

-65 to 200°C, 7/10/15°C/min

Evaluates severe-environment durability through rapid thermal cycling.

Constant Temperature & Humidity Chamber

-60 to 150°C, 20–98%RH, 1,000L

Reproduces combined high/low temperature and humidity operating environments.

Thermal Shock Chamber

-65 to 200°C, damper type

Evaluates internal component stress durability through rapid temperature transitions.
