ATL has had a lot to celebrate lately.
So, on December 4-5, 2025, all of us at ATL went on a workshop where the whole company celebrated the year-end together.
With every single employee in attendance, the event was held at Jeungpyeong Belforet Resort.
We had an early 11 a.m. lunch at Namdo Yedam, a traditional Korean set-menu restaurant inside the resort.
Renowned as one of the top three ddeokgalbi (grilled short rib patty) restaurants in the country, it lived up to its reputation, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
After lunch, we had a short tea time and some free time before checking into our rooms.
As this was a year-end workshop, we gathered in the seminar room after the meal to share company-wide announcements, and
completed the mandatory statutory training for the second half of 2025 together.
Perhaps because ATL's employees average in their twenties, everyone took part in the training with real enthusiasm, and
even though it was mandatory training, the energy in the room was hotter than ever :)
Next came the highlight of the year-end workshop: the 2025 Second-Half Performance Review.
Every employee took turns presenting their individual performance and reflecting on the year 2025.
Watching new employees say, "I wish I'd prepared and presented better..." with a bit of regret, it felt like a proud and fulfilling day.
For the final event, we booked the second floor of a restaurant called Brisket346 for a group celebration.
Sharing the unfamiliar cuisine of Texas barbecue together, it was a time to strengthen our friendship and camaraderie.
As we stepped outside after dinner, big snowflakes were falling heavily, as if celebrating the end of ATL's year, so we took a group photo together to close out the day.
Heading into 2026, ATL's employees will continue to stand united, overcoming challenges together, and
will keep working tirelessly and pressing forward to achieve all of our goals.
